The Problem
This Los Angeles bathtub stands apart from the wall, leaving open floor space around the fixture. Its interior was worn and needed refinishing. The freestanding layout called for additional care around the tub rather than the protection used for a fixture enclosed by wall tile.
Our Solution
We planned the protection around the work area and refinished the bathtub in its existing position. The scope focused on the worn interior while retaining the curved shape of the fixture. On-site work took nearly four hours.
The Result
The finished photograph shows a more consistent white interior within the same freestanding tub. Its outline and location remain recognizable in the paired views. The application was complete when the result was photographed; the new finish still needed to cure before use.
