The Problem
The bathtub had been previously refinished with a spray coating, but after about one year the coating on the bottom began to peel and fail. The surface became damaged, uneven, and unattractive, and the bathtub needed professional restoration.
Our Solution
The failed spray coating was removed from the bottom of the bathtub. The damaged area was cleaned, sanded, and properly prepared for strong adhesion. The surface was repaired where needed, fully prepped, and refinished with a new smooth glossy coating.

Assessing Adhesion Failure
The bathtub had been previously refinished with a spray coating. After about one year, poor adhesion caused the coating on the bottom to peel and fail, leaving the surface damaged and uneven.
Stripping & Preparation

Repair & Adhesion Priming
Using professional bathtub refinishing tools, surface cleaner/degreaser, and repair filler where needed, the tub was properly prepared and primed for strong, long-lasting adhesion.
The Final Gloss
04With the surface perfectly prepped, we applied a premium, high-gloss white coating to complete the restoration. The previously damaged bottom area is now completely smooth and flawless, providing the client with a beautiful, durable finish that saved them the cost and hassle of replacing the entire bathtub.
